Foredeck Sustainability, LLC was established this year (2026!) as a means of bringing my expertise directly to you.  

I have over 25 years' work experience in technology and sustainability, spanning employment in policy and advocacy, consulting, and facilities energy management.  I am a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-Accredited Professional, which together with my practical experience in this complex field mean that you will be in good hands. 

My employers and clients have included universities, airports, municipalities, federal agencies, and private companies located in Washington, DC, New York State, Massachusetts, California, and Hawaii.  Like you, all these organizations have the objective of improving energy performance, reducing their carbon footprint, or increasing sustainability in general, but need these intentions to be expressed, condensed, and focused into tangible plans and projects.
